The Problem
Throughout this summer internship, I was tasked with a couple of major design research projects. While these projects did not necessarily involve wireframing, they were more user research-based projects that aimed to understand the needs of TCG’s clients and create a more efficient customer journey.
Project 1 - Sitemap and User Flows
The first project I was assigned was a sitemap. A sitemap is a way of displaying the layout of pages within a website and their connections to each other. I also kept track of drip emails, and other aspects any typical client would face in user flows. The goal of the project was to optimize the layout of the Lindsay T. website to improve the overall user experience/client experience.
Project 2 - Labs* Acquisition Journeys
The second project I was assigned was a tracker of the Labs* clients and their user journeys within their relationship with Lindsay T. In this process, I was able to analyze which marketing funnels were beneficial and which were not worth continuing. The goal was to optimize the client timeline to interest the targeted customer to become a Labs* client.
